Lotus Bakeries is seeking an Inventory Planner Natural Foods to ensure optimal levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. You will collaborate with production, suppliers and sales to balance availability and costs, while driving efficient planning and processes.

The role involves PO management, inventory monitoring, risk identification and SAP data accuracy, with opportunities to automate replenishment and improve planning parameters in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
• Interest or experience in FMCG/retail supply chain planning.
• Experience with SAP is a plus but not required.
• Strong English communication, written and verbal.
• Independent, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage and create purchase orders for finished products, raw materials and packaging materials.
• Monitor and analyse inventory levels to ensure availability and service levels.
• Identify and communicate supply, capacity and expiry risks; contribute to inventory processes.
• Collaborate with production, suppliers and supply chain teams to align schedules and requirements.
• Monitor production, replenishment and transportation flows and maintain planning data in SAP.
• Improve and automate replenishment and material planning processes.
