L’Oréal invites final-year students to join a 6-month Marketing Internship in Brussels, with exposure to Brand Marketing, PR & Advocacy, and Trade Marketing. The role is full-time and paid, starting February 2027, with a mix of office work and one day per week from home.

You will work with a dynamic team at the Benelux HQ, gain hands-on experience with campaigns, analytics, and partner collaborations, and be immersed in a global beauty leader’s culture.

• Final-year student fluent in English and either Dutch or French.
• Comfortable with data and performance metrics.
• Able to turn ideas into concrete actions quickly and precisely.

A Day in the Life

Reporting To a Marketing Or Merchandising Manager At Our Benelux HQ In Hoofddorp (just Outside Amsterdam), You Will Join Our Team For a 6-month, Full-time Internship Starting In February. Selected Candidates Will Be Invited To Our Exclusive Recruitment Day To Match With One Of Our Marketing Internships

• Brand Marketing:Step into the shoes of a brand business leader. Track market trends, analyze competitor data, coordinate 360° product launch campaigns, and collaborate with 360° teams to drive brand growth.
• PR & Advocacy:Become a brand champion and build relationships with influencers, coordinate creative mailings, organize events, and track social media coverage.
• Trade Marketing:Bridge the gap between marketing and sales. Build retail activation plans and promotional strategies with commercial partners, and analyze sales performance to maximize brand visibility in-store and online.

You are a final-year student fluent in English and either Dutch or French (non-thesis) who demonstrates:
