L’Oréal is offering a 6-month Marketing Internship in Brussels, BE. This full-time internship is paid €1000 per month and starts by February 2027. You’ll immerse in brand marketing, PR, and trade marketing, contributing to product launches and retail strategies from day one.

You will gain real responsibility, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop hands-on experience in a leading beauty company that values diversity and learning.

A Day in the Life

• Brand Marketing: Step into the shoes of a brand business leader. Track market trends, analyze competitor data, coordinate 360° product launch campaigns, and collaborate with 360° teams to drive brand growth.
• PR & Advocacy: Become a brand champion and build relationships with influencers, coordinate creative mailings, organize events, and track social media coverage.
• Trade Marketing: Bridge the gap between marketing and sales. Build retail activation plans and promotional strategies with commercial partners, and analyze sales performance to maximize brand visibility in-store and online.
