Who we are
Building on a long heritage in phosphorus chemistry, our 1,500 employees are committed to delivering sustainable solutions that help our customers improve their products across industries such as construction materials, electronics, horticulture, food, and healthcare.
Your role
You will join Prayon’s IT Department to explore, challenge, and help shape a global application governance framework across the group.
Last year, the team underwent a major transformation, adopting a fresh, more service-driven, and streamlined approach to application management. This is the perfect moment to join us and help turn that ambition into practical results.
What you will do:
- Map and structure our application landscape (core vs. peripheral, global vs. local, etc.)
- Gather and organize key data about each application (owners, lifecycle, costs, SLAs, partners, etc.)
- Contribute to the design of a hybrid application lifecycle management model connected to other IT processes (demand, change, projects, etc.)
- Create practical tools, templates, and best practices to make the framework work in practice
- Help align business and IT around this model, from concept to rollout
- Bring your perspective: benchmark, challenge, propose, and feed the global approach with your insights
Your profile
- You are in the final year of a master’s degree (or equivalent) in a program focused on digital and IT governance
- You have strong analytical and organizational skills and are able to step back and maintain a big-picture perspective
- You are comfortable reaching out to others, asking questions, and gathering information
- You have a conceptual mindset but also want to learn how to turn ideas into concrete solutions
- You are interested in practical governance and management topics related to digital transformation and IT
- You are open-minded, curious, and eager to learn
- You are comfortable using Microsoft 365 tools and are eager to learn more about enterprise applications
- You are fluent in French and English
