Internship Programme: Data Analytics - GenAI Data Analyst

Eligibility
- Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, currently enrolled in Europe.
- English language proficiency.
- Knowledge of supply chain is a plus; solid SQL skill required.
Expected start date: September 2026.
Duration: 3 to 6 months.
Work arrangement: Hybrid.
Requisite: Internship must be mandatory and completed within the framework of the curriculum, with an agreement signed between GSK, the student and the educational institution.
Compensation
Belgian legal requirements: No salary paid; some expenses reimbursed.

What you will do
- Collect, structure, and curate business questions for GenAI model training.
- Maintain version logs and documentation for prompts, datasets, and agent improvements.
- Support training, testing, and evaluation of GenAI agents to ensure high-quality and reliable outputs.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to continuously improve agent relevance and performance.
Qualifications
- Understanding of SQL and basic to intermediate Python for data extraction, transformation, and quality checks.
- Hands‑on experience with BI or analytics tools such as Power BI or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs); interest in prompt design, GenAI tools or agent behavior evaluation.
- Understanding of data modeling, orchestration, pipelines, data quality and metadata principles.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to work across functions and geographies.
