GSK is offering an Analytical Engineering apprentice program in Belgium, starting October 2026. You will validate AI-enabled lab workflows, generate data for model training, and work across robotics platforms and automation tools in a hands-on environment.

You will collaborate with automation engineers and software programmers while gaining real-world experience at the intersection of laboratory science and artificial intelligence. This is an on-site opportunity in Belgium.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a work-linked Master’s degree in Analytical Engineering in Belgium.
• Interest in laboratory automation, robotics and AI-enabled lab operations.
• Familiarity with analytical techniques, method validation or data analysis is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Validate AI-driven lab workflows and ensure data traceability.
• Generate data to train laboratory automation models.
• Work with automated liquid handling and robotics platforms.
• Collaborate with automation engineers and software programmers.
• Contribute to the Physical AI roadmap through hands-on execution and testing.
• Document issues and opportunities for improvement.
