Job Description

As an intern at Johnson & Johnson, you will join a dynamic team where you will have plenty of opportunities to grow. Depending on your talents and interests, you will work on a variety of engaging tasks and projects, such as:
- Provide day-to-day support to our global management team, with a focus on stakeholder communication.
- Organize and plan international business trips by analysing business needs and aligning travel objectives with business goals. Strong planning, time-management, and budgeting skills are required.
- Optimize and manage internal communication channels such as SharePoint. Make information secure and accessible to the appropriate audience; understand and apply SharePoint's basic functionalities; manage documents; assign user and group permissions and metadata; optimize site design and navigation structures for usability and efficiency; and apply branding and personalization.
- Contribute creatively to the development and design of global internal communications, including newsletters.
- Take ownership of organizing campus events, including developing creative event concepts, preparing detailed plans, monitoring budgets, building internal and external networks, collaborating with event partners, coordinating events, and managing follow-up activities.
- Become fully involved in departmental projects or events. Introduce innovative ideas and original elements that can bring value for future use, and apply your digital expertise to support process improvements.
Your profile
- You feel comfortable working in an international environment.
- You take initiative and think ahead.
- You are fluent in English and feel comfortable communicating in Dutch, as most day-to-day interactions take place in Dutch.
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree and are looking to gain hands-on experience in a global healthcare company.
- You thrive in collaborative environments and value teamwork.
- Your communication skills help you build connections, learn from others, and make a positive impact as part of a team.
- You are reliable and detail-oriented.
- You have knowledge of Microsoft 365.
Availability
- Duration: At least 12 weeks; the exact period depends on your school's requirements.
- Location: Beerse or Geel. Easily accessible by De Lijn public transport, with a bus stop 100 metres from the main entrance.
