Job summary

NTU International is preparing a proposal for the project “Support to the Africa-EU Space Partnership Programme – AESPP Boost.” The Non-Key Expert – Administrative, Logistics & Project Support Expert will provide administrative, operational and logistical support to programme implementation, including contract and activity monitoring and meetings organisation.

Requirements include a university degree in administration or related field and excellent English.

Qualifications

• University degree in administration, project management, finance, communication or related field.
• Excellent command of English.
• French and/or Portuguese knowledge is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, operational and logistical support to programme implementation.
• Handle contract and activity monitoring, financial reporting support, and organisation of meetings/events.
