Job summary

NTU International is preparing a proposal for the project “Support to the Africa-EU Space Partnership Programme – AESPP Boost.” The Non-Key Expert – Administrative, Logistics & Project Support Expert will provide administrative, operational and logistical support to programme implementation, including contract and activity monitoring and meetings organisation.

Requirements include a university degree in administration or related field and excellent English.

NTU International is preparing a proposal for the project “Support to the Africa-EU Space Partnership Programme – AESPP Boost.”

The programme aims to strengthen cooperation between Africa and the European Union in the space sector, supporting policy dialogue, institutional partnerships, knowledge exchange, innovation, private sector engagement and investment, while contributing to stronger and more sustainable African space ecosystems.

In this context, we are seeking a qualified Non-Key Expert – Administrative, Logistics & Project Support Expert to provide administrative, operational and logistical support to programme implementation, including contract and activity monitoring, financial reporting support, organisation of meetings and events, and coordination of project-related activities.

Minimum Qualifications and Skills:

• University degree of at least three years in administration, project management, finance, communication, social sciences, or a related field. In the absence of such degree, three additional years of relevant professional experience.


• Excellent command of English.


• Working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese will be considered an asset.

Minimum General Professional Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in project administration, contract and project monitoring, logistics and/or operational support.

Minimum Specific Professional Experience:

• At least 1 year of professional experience supporting donor-funded or international programmes, with contract and activity monitoring, financial reporting support and organisation of meetings, webinars, workshops, missions and/or events. Experience in Africa is an asset.
