VIB-KU Leuven Center for Neuroscience invites ambitious PhD candidates to join us starting between May 2027 and September 2027. Embedded within VIB and KU Leuven, the Center offers state-of-the-art facilities, international collaboration, and an annual PhD Symposium.

Application deadline: 30 October 2026. Candidates must hold a master’s degree with cum laude distinction preferred, and English proficiency. International applicants are welcome; local candidates should contact PIs directly.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent with good academic record.
• English proficiency in speaking and writing per KU Leuven criteria.
• Cum laude distinction is an asset.
• Candidates from non-neuroscience fields are encouraged to apply.
