Business Controller within the Daikin Europe International Key Account (IKA) team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic decision-making, driving efficiency, and enabling data-driven customer management. You will act as a bridge between business and systems, providing commercial insights, financial control, and system optimization to enhance the performance and scalability of the IKA team.
The IKA environment is dynamic and evolving, requiring you to remain highly flexible and versatile. You will frequently contribute to the development of new processes and workflows, ensuring they are data-informed, scalable, and aligned with strategic goals.
Your primary challenge is to transform data into actionable intelligence that supports growth, improves customer retention, and increases operational excellence. You will take ownership of reporting automation, CRM development, rebate control, and the IKA budget follow-up while driving strategic initiatives that optimize key account performance and reduce manual workloads for the team.
You are expected to anticipate business needs, challenge the status quo, and act as a trusted partner to both internal IKA stakeholders, the wider DENV business, and external key accounts.
