ASSA ABLOY Group's KDC division in Leuze-en-Hainaut, Belgium, seeks a Business Developer to grow the fencing segment across EMEA. You will expand our Benelux and France footprint, build long-term partnerships, and drive sales while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

We offer a 40-hour work week, a competitive salary package, and a multinational environment with cross-department exposure. Occasional international travel is expected to support growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven sales track record with ability to engage decision-makers in DMU.
• Experience negotiating with professional buyers and meeting/exceeding targets.
• Wholesale business experience; strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.
• Interest or experience in fencing/home improvement markets and understanding of market dynamics.

Responsabilités

• Identify and establish new relationships to expand footprint in fencing industry.
• Develop and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with regional customers.
• Drive sales turnover and meet or exceed targets and budgets for the region.
• Prepare and present quotations with the internal CS team.
