Capgemini Belgium is seeking an Internal Quality Auditor to plan, execute and report audits across production sites, maintenance facilities, warehouses and engineering departments in Belgium. You will assess conformity with AS9100/EN9100, ISO 9001 and EASA Part-145, identify nonconformities, and drive corrective actions while sharing lessons learned.

You will travel between locations, monitor KPIs, and support a proactive quality culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in quality assurance, auditing, manufacturing, maintenance, or operations.
• Experience in aerospace, aeronautical, aviation, or defence industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100/EN9100, ISO 9001 and EASA Part-145 requirements.

Where no two days are the same.Your ProfileAs an Internal Quality Auditor, you will be responsible for planning, conducting, reporting, and following up on internal audits across production sites, maintenance facilities, warehouses, engineering departments, and support functions throughout Belgium. You will evaluate compliance with the organisation's Quality Management System, applicable standards, and regulatory requirements — with a particular focus on AS/EN9100 and aerospace and defence sector regulations — while actively supporting continuous improvement across the organisation.In this role you will play a key role in:Planning and executing internal audits across multiple sites and functions, assessing compliance with AS/EN9100, ISO 9001, EASA Part-145, and other applicable aerospace and defence regulatory frameworksIdentifying nonconformities, risks, and opportunities for improvement, and producing clear, structured audit reports with actionable findings presented to stakeholders at all organisational levelsLeading and supporting corrective and preventive action management, performing root cause analysis using methodologies such as 5 Why, Ishikawa, and 8D, and verifying the effectiveness of implemented actionsMonitoring audit KPIs and quality trends to support data-driven decision making, while ensuring lessons learned and best practices are captured and disseminated across the organisationTravelling periodically between company locations and supplier sites to conduct on-site audits, acting as a driver of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and a proactive quality culture throughout the businessYour ProfileA minimum of 5 years of professional experience in quality assurance, auditing, manufacturing, maintenance, or operational environments, with mandatory experience in the aerospace, aeronautical, aviation, or defence industryThorough knowledge of AS9100 / EN9100 requirements and auditing principles, with a solid understanding of ISO 9001, configuration management, risk management, product safety, and counterfeit parts preventionDemonstrated ability to conduct process, system, and compliance audits in accordance with ISO 19011 guidelines, with familiarity with EASA Part-145 and/or BMAR Part-145 requirements considered a strong assetCertified Internal Auditor qualification and/or AS9100 / EN9100 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certification is strongly preferred; additional certifications related to aerospace quality or regulatory compliance are advantageousStrong independence, objectivity, and professional judgement, combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French; Dutch is considered a plusWhat You'll Love About Working HereAt Capgemini Belgium we offer flexibility in more than one way: next to our hybrid way of working, where we offer you can work 70% from home, we also offer our flex abroad program.
