Belysse is seeking a Master Planning Manager to drive the integrated medium-term production plan for the Tielt and Zele sites. You will connect Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, Operations and Planning to ensure aligned priorities and reliable commitments.

You will lead the development of S&OP processes, optimize SAP S/4HANA usage for MRP, and coach planners to create structured, predictive planning in a complex manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, production planning, master planning or S&OP.
• Experience in complex manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of production and capacity planning.
• Experience with SAP.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage one integrated master plan for Tielt and Zele.
• Align demand, capacity, material availability and inventory.
• Identify bottlenecks and future capacity constraints in a timely manner.
• Take an active role in S&OP and prepare supply scenarios.
• Ensure reliable production and delivery commitments to customers.
• Further develop MTS/MTO and inventory strategies.
• Professionalize planning processes, KPIs and meeting structures.
• Optimize the use of SAP S/4HANA for MRP, production planning and capacity planning.
• Coach planners and create greater structure, predictability and collaboration.
• 8–10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, production planning, master planning or S&OP.
