Thales in Tubize, Belgium, is seeking an Integrated Logistics Support Manager to lead the delivery of initial support services, including training design and scheduling, at the Tubize site. The role requires a Master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science and demonstrated ILS experience in defence.

Fluency in French and/or Dutch and English, along with leadership and customer-facing skills, is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in initial support/maintenance services is preferred.
• ILS experience in the Defence sector is an asset.
• Fluent in French or Dutch and English; strong communication and leadership required.

Responsabilités

• Manage delivery of the initial support services work package, including tools, documentation and training design.
• Organize, manage and measure performance of subcontractors’ contributions.
• Coordinate reviews of deliverables with the customer and schedule training sessions.
• Monitor and assess customer satisfaction related to documentation and training.
• Prepare transition to full operational services and ensure a smooth handover.
• Engage with customers and lead the team through collaborative approaches.

Your mission

• Manage the delivery of the initial support services work package including special tools, documentation, training design, training scheduling, …
• Organise, manage and measure performance of subcontractor’s contribution to initial support services
• Organise review by customer of initial support services deliverables
• Schedule and monitor training sessions with customer representatives
• Assess customer satisfaction related to documentation and training
• Prepare transition to full operational services

We are looking forward to

• You are graduated with a Master of Engineering or Computer Science or in University, and you have experience in support and maintenance services.
• ILS Experience in the Defence sector is an asset
• You are Fluent in French or/and Dutch and in English.

• You are responsible and show a great sense of initiative.
• You are convincing and persuasive.
• You like to be involved with the customer.
