NN Insurance Services Belgium is seeking a Project Manager Broker and Internal Projects to lead high-impact IT initiatives in Azure Cloud and real-time API architectures. You will work at the intersection of Business and IT, ensuring projects are delivered with quality, on time, and with stakeholder satisfaction.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams and external partners, maintain risk and priority oversight, and actively contribute to NN's growth and digital future.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
• Experience in the insurance sector is an asset but not required.
• Strong delivery focus with a pragmatic, collaborative approach.

Responsabilités

• Lead projects from A to Z, from analysis through delivery.
• Maintain oversight of priorities, risks, dependencies and actions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams and external partners.
• Ensure clear communication and transparent reporting.
• Coach stakeholders and contribute to growth and innovation.
