Accenture Belgium is seeking an Associate Manager to lead cross-border Life Insurance IT transformation projects for global clients. You will guide delivery teams, manage scope, and enhance client value using proven processes and governance.

You will stay ahead of industry developments, collaborate with Accenture teams, and leverage AI to elevate client outcomes across multiple engagements in the Financial Services space.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience within the Life Insurance domain (consulting or internal).
• Fluency in Dutch and/or French, English is mandatory
• Experienced in resource management, stakeholder management, risk/issues management, quality assurance
• Knowledge of project estimation and planning and delivery management related frameworks and skills.
• Knowledge of different delivery methodologies and frameworks
• Experience with delivering with near-shore or off-shore teams
• Excellent people management skills
• Ability to contribute in RFP/RFIs
• Affinity with AI is an asset
