Pauwels Consulting seeks a Test Analyst to support a major transformation in non-life claims management for an insurance client in Brussels. The role is hands-on, coordinating testing activities, investigating API integrations and case management platforms, and reporting progress to stakeholders.

The candidate will design and execute test scenarios, analyze requirements, and ensure coverage of business processes across BPM and E2E flows. Onsite, full-time for 12 months.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in test analysis, test execution, defect management and defining test strategies.
• 3+ years in Business Process Management and test engineering within the Insurance sector.
• 1+ years with SQL, DB2 and API testing; 1+ years using Azure DevOps.
• Fluent English with Dutch or French and passive knowledge of the other.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain the testing strategy, master test plan and approach for medium to large projects.
• Design, execute and maintain technical and functional test scenarios for system, integration and end-to-end testing.
• Analyze requirements to identify risks and necessary test data; investigate incidents and root causes.
• Monitor test progress and report to stakeholders while managing the defect lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects and developers to ensure coverage of business processes.
