We are looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor to coordinate installation projects for an international company specialising in warehouse racking, storage systems and warehouse automation.

This role is suited to candidates with experience in industrial installation, mechanical assembly, commissioning, or production-line installation who are ready to take responsibility for on-site activities and installation teams.

This is an industrial installation role, not general civil construction or office-based project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily installation and assembly activities on site.
• Supervise installation teams, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and health and safety standards.
• Work with technical drawings, equipment, and installation schedules.
• Coordinate materials, resolve on-site issues, and report progress to the project team.

Industry Background

We welcome candidates from:

• Warehouse automation/intralogistics – racking, conveyors, storage systems and material handling.
• Industrial machinery and mechanical installation.
• Production-line installation and commissioning.
• Field Service Engineering involving industrial equipment and on-site coordination.

Direct warehouse automation experience is an advantage, but strong transferable industrial experience is also welcome. General construction, fit-out or logistics experience without relevant industrial installation responsibilities is less suitable.
