Job Description

As an Inside Sales Agent your responsibilities are:

  • Preparing accurate offers with correct price calculations
  • Book orders and guide customers in using the E-Shop
  • Collaborating with sales teams located in Belgium and Italy
  • Use telesales tools and techniques to manage and grow customer relationships
  • Identifying potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities thanks to your strong commercial mindset
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service
  • Handle customer complaints and inquiries promptly
