Haulogy is seeking a hands-on Technical Operations Engineer to strengthen its IT operations across production and internal systems in a hybrid cloud environment. You will handle a broad range of operational tasks for customer-facing SaaS platforms, internal tooling, and end-user devices.

The role emphasizes practical problem solving, ownership, and clear documentation, with collaboration across DevOps, System Administration, and Support teams to resolve incidents and improve reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong Linux administration, networking, backups, and security basics.
• Experience operating servers and services across hosting platforms.
• Reliable, methodical, and detail oriented with ownership mindset.
• Practical troubleshooting skills and ability to see tasks through.
• Ability to work well in a small, collaborative team.
• Fluency in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Operate hosting platforms across production and internal environments.
• Manage TLS/SSL certificates, whitelisting, and access configurations.
• Administer laptops/devices via MDM and manage lifecycle.
• Deploy and maintain SaaS platforms and internal services.
• Administer Linux servers, ensure high availability, performance, security.
• Assist Support teams during incidents and remediation tasks.
• Automate recurring tasks where possible.
• Create clear runbooks and documentation.
