Jobtailor is seeking an experienced DevOps/Platform Engineer to own and evolve the cloud infrastructure supporting our SaaS product. You will build pipelines, clusters, and infra-as-code for secure, EU-based deployments and act as the main point of contact for debugging and deployments.

You will manage Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes workloads with GitOps using Argo CD, across GCP and IBM Cloud, while fostering collaboration with developers and non-developers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of DevOps or platform engineering experience with production infra ownership.
• Strong cloud experience on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with AWS, Azure and IBM Cloud is a plus.
• Proficient with Kubernetes, Terraform and Argo CD.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab or GitHub).
• Scripting skills in Python; Bash or TypeScript welcome.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with both developers and non-developers.
• Security and compliance awareness in fintech environments.
• AI-native mindset with agentic workflows is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own and evolve the cloud infrastructure for the SaaS product.
• Build and maintain pipelines, clusters, and infra-as-code for safe deployments on EU infrastructure.
• Be the go-to person for debugging, deploying, and unblocking issues.
• Manage infrastructure through Terraform.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab or GitHub).
• Run Kubernetes workloads and implement GitOps with Argo CD.
• Manage cloud infra as code on GCP and IBM Cloud.
• Provide hands-on debugging support and make the platform easy to use.
• Own security and compliance in the platform.
