European Commission in Brussels is seeking an Information Security Systems Assistant (AST1) to manage IT infrastructure, draft technical docs, assist users and support financial processes. The role requires 3+ years of system administration experience, strong Windows and Linux knowledge, and security-aware operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in secure systems administration.
• Profound knowledge of Windows-based systems and Linux basics.
• Experience in business analysis translating needs to IT solutions.
• Experience with end-user, network, security, server and storage hardware administration.

Responsabilités

• Manage and maintain the Unit's IT infrastructure for OSINT and classified environments.
• Draft technical documentation and provide user support.
• Contribute to financial processes and project administration.
