Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking a Digital Icon Artist / Illustrator to join its internal product design team and develop polished icons, glyphs, technical drawings, and UI artwork for our portfolio of commercial engineering software.

You will translate technical and industrial concepts into intuitive visuals, apply established visual systems, and collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, QA testers, and documentation writers to deliver high-quality design assets

Qualifications

Validated experience in traditional art, illustration, and 3D modeling.
Portfolio demonstrating strong visual craftsmanship and iconography/2D rendering.
Examples of ideation through sketching and renderings showing creativity with no restrictions.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
Experience with Blender or similar 3D modeling tool.
Ability to present work clearly and communicate with multi-functional teams.
Advanced written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilités

Create polished 2D and 3D icons, glyphs, technical drawings, and UI artwork for commercial engineering software products.
Translate technical, industrial, and engineering concepts into intuitive icons and artwork.
Apply established visual systems and art direction to produce consistent, high-quality assets.
Gather requirements from product teams and stakeholders to understand design needs and constraints.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, QA testers, field teams, documentation writers, and other stakeholders across multiple teams.
Present design rationale clearly and incorporate feedback thoughtfully.
