FMA Services is seeking multiple Production Planners to translate daily and weekly execution into feasible schedules during an intensive acceleration phase. The role focuses on construction progress, short-term planning, and recovery, with responsibilities spanning from 2/3-week look-ahead schedules to daily production plans.

You will integrate site progress, identify bottlenecks, support resource loading, and prepare dashboards and planning reports. English fluency is required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Planner in large-scale industrial projects.
• Knowledge of Primavera P6 preferred; MS Project is a plus.
• Understanding of construction sequencing and progress measurement.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actions.
• Strong Excel skills and dashboards/reporting.
• Fluent English; Dutch is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Preparing and maintaining detailed schedules, 2/3-week look-aheads, and daily production plans.
• Integrating actual progress from the site and analyzing deviations against baseline and targets.
• Identifying critical/near-critical activities, bottlenecks, constraints, and potential schedule impacts.
• Supporting resource loading, manpower forecasting, and productivity analyses.
• Preparing progress curves, S-curves, dashboards, and planning reports for management.
• Facilitating planning and coordination meetings with construction, engineering, procurement, and pre-commissioning.
• Developing recovery scenarios and acceleration actions when progress falls behind.
• Ensuring consistent progress measurement and correct status data per work package or area.
