Progressive in Belgium seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead the technical delivery of infrastructure and automation projects, interfacing with customers, engineering teams, project management, and technical specialists throughout the full lifecycle.
This role combines technical leadership with solution design, customer engagement, and project support to ensure solutions meet performance and safety standards across international, multicultural environments.
Qualifications
- Strong technical background in electrical, automation, or industrial engineering environments.
- Experience managing complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Minimum of 3 years experience.
- Knowledge of MV/HV networks and substation automation.
- Dutch and English mandatory; French is a plus.
Responsabilités
- Lead the technical definition and implementation of automation and control systems for critical infrastructure.
- Translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Act as primary technical advisor for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities from design to handover (FAT & SAT).
- Oversee documentation, deliverables, and compliance with standards.
- Support business development through technical consultations and proposals.
