Job summary

Puig is seeking an internship in Brussels to assist the In-Store Team within the Retail Department. You will support retail visibility, product launches and in-store activations for prestige and niche brands, in a luxury beauty environment.

Ideal candidates have early experience in merchandising or marketing, a Business School or marketing master's degree, and fluency in French and English (Dutch a plus). You will work hands-on, stay organized, and collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience: A first experience in Merchandising or in Marketing.
• Education: Business School or master's degree in marketing.
• Languages: French and English required, Dutch is a plus.
• Skills: you have an interest in luxury, fragrance and beauty, are creative, organized and detail‑oriented, with a hands‑on and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• RETAIL VISIBILITY (PRESTIGE & NICHE) support and coordinate materials for incentives and in-store activations.
• Coordinate implementation of retail visibility initiatives for new product launches.
• Support maintenance and follow-up of permanent retail installations across the Benelux region.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects meet brand guidelines, timelines and operational requirements.
• Contribute to development and monitoring of retail KPI dashboards.
• Monitor competitors, retail trends and best practices to identify opportunities for improvement.
