Sandoz Belgium is seeking a senior account leader to drive adoption of hospital and biosimilar products across the Belgium region. You will nurture relationships with key accounts in public and private hospitals and clinics, and execute on the BU and product strategy with a customer-centric approach.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and extensive experience in specialty products, a proven key-account track record, and fluent Dutch, French, and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 7+ years of experience with specialty products.
• Proven key account management track record.
• Established HCP network in Belgium.
• Experience using digital platforms.

Responsabilités

• Achieve sales targets within budgets and timelines.
• Interact with key HCPs in Belgium to promote Sandoz products.
• Collaborate with tender and marketing teams.
• Manage territory and reporting.
• Develop customer-centric projects and materials.
