Job summary

Smulders in Belgium is seeking an ICT Project Manager to drive digitalisation and process improvement from idea through go-live. You will connect business, ICT and external partners to ensure practical, adoptable solutions.

The role involves coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, managing scope, schedule, budget and risks, and guiding testing, cybersecurity, GDPR and user adoption in a dynamic offshore wind and civil sector.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in ICT, CS, or related field.
Experience in ICT project management from analysis to implementation.
Familiar with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid PM approaches.
Strong stakeholder management and clear communication.

Responsibilities

Manage ICT and digitalisation projects from idea to go-live and follow-up.
Translate business needs into project scope, planning, requirements and deliverables.
Monitor timing, budget, quality, resources, risks and dependencies.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and bridge between business and ICT.
Organise meetings and steering committees for effective decisions.
Oversee testing, cybersecurity, GDPR, change management and user adoption.
Contribute to digitalisation, automation, standardisation and process improvement.
