Job summary

Pauwels Consulting seeks a Product Owner to lead the digital transformation of the security domain, bridging business needs and technical implementation for secure user access across digital platforms.

The role requires 5+ years in Product Owner or Scrum Master roles within Agile environments, strong Systems Integration experience, and IAM expertise. Fluency in English with French/Dutch knowledge is essential. Start ASAP; full-time on-site in Brussels, Belgium.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master in an Agile environment using Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
• 5+ years expertise in Systems Integration and Enterprise Integration Patterns.
• 5+ years of experience with development support tools such as JIRA.
• 3+ years experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with Authentication, SSO, PKI, or PAM.
• 3+ years working with REST APIs.
• 3+ years knowledge of Information Security Standards (ISO 2700x) and IT Security Risk Analysis.
• Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• You're structured, organized, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You're fluent in English with very strong knowledge of French and/or Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the product backlog while prioritizing features and technical synergies for upcoming sprints.
• Translate complex end-user needs into clear technical requirements for the delivery team to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Develop and execute a strategic delivery roadmap while managing associated risks, issues, and budgets.
• Ensure high-quality solution delivery by overseeing functional testing and alignment with customer design requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage technical or organizational conflicts to ensure operational functionality.
• Coach and motivate delivery squads to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
