MSIG Europe SE is seeking an Identity & Access Management Expert to join the European Corporate Services team in Brussels. You will design, implement and maintain the enterprise IAM governance framework, ensuring correct access to systems and data while safeguarding security and compliance.

The role covers strategy, architecture, governance, and risk management, with collaboration across IT, HR and business units.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5-7 years of IAM experience in financial services or similar.
• Fluent English communication across a multinational organisation.
• Strong communication and collaboration across the organisation.
• Proactive change agent with a delivery mindset.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain IAM strategy aligned with business, security and regulatory requirements.
• Own IAM/SoD governance standards and role-based access controls.
• Identify and mitigate identity-related security risks and respond to incidents.
• Lead projects with stakeholders to implement RBAC and authorization concepts.
