UniSystems is seeking an IAM & Cloud Security Architect to join the UniQue team to design and secure IT, cloud, and application architectures. You will manage IAM, enable MFA, RBAC, SSO and federation, while implementing SAML, OIDC and OAuth across platforms.

The role requires strong leadership, deep PKI experience, cloud security architecture, and hands-on DevSecOps capabilities. Fluency in English is essential; French is a plus.

Formación

• Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years in ICT security.
• 3+ years team/technical leadership on major security projects.
• Strong IAM, PKI and cloud security architectures.

What will you be doing in this role:

• Design, implement and maintain secure IT, cloud and application architectures, including security configurations across different IT components.
• Manage Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions, including Microsoft Entra ID federation services, Identity Governance & Administration, RBAC, MFA and Conditional Access policies.
• Implement and support authentication and authorization mechanisms using SAML, OpenID Connect and OAuth.
• Operate and maintain ICT security solutions, including endpoint protection, PKI, encryption solutions, security assurance platforms and related security tools.
• Perform security monitoring, log analysis, threat hunting and security event detection and analysis.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents, perform technical analysis and take the necessary actions to restore normal operations.
• Implement and support cloud/application security controls, including Cloud/Web Application Firewall solutions and the secure exposure of internal applications to the internet.
• Develop scripts and automation to improve security operations and contribute to Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.
• Provide technical security support to project owners, particularly regarding security-by-design, and contribute to security policies, standards and technical baselines.
• Evaluate new security technologies through market analysis, labs and Proofs of Concept (PoCs), while contributing to the continuous improvement of cyber-defence capabilities and security awareness.

What will you be bringing to the team?

• Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or a related field with at least 6 years of relevant professional experience in ICT Security.
• At least 3 years of hands-on operational and technical cyber-defence experience, such as SOC/CSIRT, security assessment platforms, PKI, endpoint security or similar security infrastructure.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader or Technical Leader on major security-related projects.
• Strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM), PKI and cloud security architectures.
• Strong hands-on experience with IAM technologies and concepts, including Microsoft Entra ID federation services, Identity Governance & Administration, RBAC, MFA and Conditional Access.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with authentication and federation technologies, including SAML, OpenID Connect and OAuth.
• Strong experience with PKI, cryptographic technologies and technical security infrastructure.
• Experience designing and implementing cloud security architectures, including Cloud/Web Application Firewall solutions and securely exposing internal applications to the internet.
• Experience with log analysis and wider operational cybersecurity activities.
• Knowledge and practical exposure to DevSecOps, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD, scripting and security automation.
• At least one professional ICT Security certification.
• Very good command of written and spoken English (C level). Knowledge of French would be considered an asset.
