Virya Energy is seeking a Project Manager to support hydrogen production and refueling projects in Belgium and the Netherlands. The role focuses on directing projects from concept through execution while coordinating with teams across engineering, procurement and finance.

You will travel regularly and work 2–3 days per week in the office. The role requires a Master’s degree in engineering, 5–7 years in energy tech, and strong coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Industrial or Civil Engineering with relevance to electricity, grid, or hydrogen.
• 5–7 years of experience in energy technologies, hydrogen, or renewables.
• Experience coordinating projects with multiple teams and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate projects from concept to completion.
• Monitor project planning, milestones and achievements.
• Manage project costs and resource allocation.
• Negotiate with site owners, grid operators and suppliers.
• Oversee permitting processes and investment decisions.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, procurement and finance.
• Ensure compliance with purchase contracts and streamline execution.
• Grow expertise in hydrogen and renewable energy technologies.
