Job summary

KEYES is seeking a Techno-Functional Analyst to perform functional and technical analysis across projects. The role emphasizes estimation, design, data flows, and collaboration with clients and developers in an agile environment.

You will work with UML, BPMN, Enterprise Architect, and API tools, while engaging in testing activities and documenting user stories. Hybrid work is available with 2–3 days remote per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or strong technical experience in software development.
• Familiar with JSON/XML data formats, API documentation tools (Swagger, Postman, WSDL), SOAP/REST, SQL, and HTTP(S) protocols.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Techno-Functional Analyst.
• Solid experience in testing activities, particularly in a Test Analyst role.
• Proven experience working in an Agile (Scrum) environment.
• Proficient in modeling languages and standards such as UML and BPMN.
• Good knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience with Enterprise Architect (EA) is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Estimate the analysis effort required for projects and features.
• Provide the logical and technical design of IT solutions.
• Describe data flows and application processes.
• Gather and consolidate information across the different components of the system.
• Monitor and test developments.
• Maintain regular communication with both clients and developers.
• Demonstrate expertise in UML, Agile Scrum, and Enterprise Architect.
• Document user stories and changes to existing processes.
• Support the collection and prioritization of business requirements.
