Capgemini Belgium is seeking a hands-on Process Supply Chain Engineer to support and optimise vehicle logistics operations at a large automotive hub in Zeebrugge. You will analyse processes, drive improvements, and implement sustainable solutions to boost productivity, quality, and safety.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics with 2+ years in process engineering or operational improvement, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a process engineering or operational improvement role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; translate data and observations into actionable improvement plans.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; comfortable with shopfloor and senior management.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Analyze operational workflows and drive continuous improvement initiatives for productivity, efficiency, and service quality across the vehicle logistics hub.
• Monitor KPIs and recommend corrective actions to ensure targets are met.
• Collaborate with warehouse, yard, and logistics teams to improve vehicle flow and overall performance.
• Support the implementation of Lean, Kaizen, and operational excellence practices.
• Coordinate improvement projects across departments and engage stakeholders at all levels.
