DWI Consulting is seeking a Senior Agile Scrum Master to support a project team within a Scrum/Agile environment in Belgium. The role focuses on applying agile methodologies, coaching the team, removing impediments, and protecting the team from distractions.

You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach on agile principles, manage blockers, and collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to drive delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Scrum Master in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Experience coaching teams and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience removing blockers and improving team delivery.
• Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM or equivalent) desirable.
• Financial Services experience desirable.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Coach the team on Agile and Scrum principles.
• Identify and remove blockers and impediments.
• Support team collaboration, self-organisation and continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with Product Owners, business teams and stakeholders.
• Help ensure consistent Agile ways of working across the organisation.
• Participate in Scrum Master communities and share best practices.
