Job summary

HumanInTech is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a device management initiative for a Belgian public-sector organisation. You will drive scoping, planning, execution and budget follow-up of the project, focusing on speed enforcement equipment within a sensor ecosystem.

You will work in a hybrid setup in Brussels, coordinating with business analysts and stakeholders, ensuring timely deliveries and effective change management across the programme.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT project management experience.
• Experience with project follow-up and knowledge management systems (JIRA, Confluence).
• Native-level Dutch or French with strong English.
• Strong communication and change management skills.
• Public-sector or similar environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead scoping, planning, execution and budget follow-up.
• Manage scope, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify tasks, dependencies and risks; develop mitigations.
• Steer business analysts and report to stakeholders.
• Coordinate transversal processes and documentation for collaboration.
• Guide setup of monitoring tools.
• Develop and maintain quality management plans.
• Utilize PM tools (JIRA/Confluence) for follow-up and sharing knowledge.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with internal and external partners.
• Support demand management, strategic reporting and handover to operations.
• Assist with change management and training trajectories.
