Daikin Europe is seeking an SAP Project Lead / IT Project Manager & Functional Analyst to coordinate, structure and promote our FI/CO finance processes across the EMEA region. After onboarding, you will manage international projects, ensure clear documentation, and hand over to IT Operations.

You will lead a mix of project management and functional analysis work, coordinating internal and offshore teams and driving process improvements with a forward‑looking IT roadmap, including AI

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, economics or technology.
• Analytical and innovative mindset with interest in IT evolutions.
• Solution‑oriented and drive to continuously improve.
• Strong self-discipline to plan and follow up.
• Team player with good relationship skills across IT and business.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Daikin group companies in EMEA.
• Very good knowledge of English.

Responsabilités

• Act as the Project Lead of FI/CO projects, including rollout across EMEA.
• Coordinate a team of internal and external IT colleagues and developers.
• Analyze and implement improvement requests in FI/CO area in collaboration with business peers and offshore team.
• Present area of expertise to key users and management.
• Follow and explore the future IT roadmap for FI/CO, including AI evolutions.
