Axis Group is seeking an HR Project Coordinator to drive project planning, tracking, and resource management. You will collaborate across HR, communications, and sales, lead workshops, and support cultural change initiatives in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Required are a PM-focused degree or equivalent, 2+ years PM experience, and fluency in French, Dutch, and English. Strong organizational skills and MS Office expertise are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent) in project management.
• At least two years of successful project management experience.
• Fluent in French, Dutch, and English (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience in a large-scale corporate environment; good MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Teams) proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and monitor project planning, deadlines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage risks and issues related to projects.
• Plan capacity and manage resources for projects.
• Monitor and manage budgets allocated to projects.
• Evaluate project performance and the teams involved.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation and track changes.
• Organize workshops and meetings to foster collaboration.
• Contribute to change management and engagement activities.
• Develop agendas, materials, minutes, and action trackers.
• Track actions and ensure completion within stakeholder deadlines.
• Maintain the overall project roadmap by identifying risks and bottlenecks.
• Support communication about organizational culture transformation.
• Coordinate surveys, focus groups, interviews, and cultural assessments.
• Develop project reports and dashboards for sponsors and governance bodies.
• Collaborate with HR, communications, sales, and external partners to align on goals.
