ENTSO-E is seeking an Engagement & Communication Specialist to join the Policy, Communication & Stakeholder Management Section in Brussels. You will translate complex topics into clear, engaging messages for diverse audiences and support external representation, media relations and stakeholder outreach.

You will collaborate with colleagues across the Secretariat, prepare briefing materials for senior management, and help develop communication plans for ENTSO-E initiatives and events.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in communications or related field.
• Proven experience in communications and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal English; strong copywriting.
• Experience creating content for events, media and social media.
• Experience supporting communication activities for events, conferences or stakeholder engagement initiatives.
• Familiarity with media relations, public affairs or advocacy communications.
• Experience in EU institutions or international environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of EU energy sector is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver high-quality communication and engagement materials that support ENTSO-E's objectives.
• Plan and implement communication campaigns, editorial activities and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
• Draft, review and coordinate a wide range of communication content.
• Translate complex policy topics into clear, audience-focused messages.
• Support development of communication plans for initiatives and events.
• Collaborate with Secretariat colleagues to align messages and narrative.
• Prepare briefing materials for senior management and spokespersons.
• Maintain repository of key messages and materials across topics.
• Ensure consistency and accessibility of materials across the organisation.
