ACENSI in Brussels seeks a Business Transformation Analyst to join a client project in the energy sector. You will analyse current processes, map stakeholders and drive the transformation roadmap from vision to execution.

You will shape TO-BE visions, translate business needs into clear briefs for IT, identify AI opportunities, and support adoption across business units with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field as listed (Business, Engineering, CS, Economics, or Information Systems Management).
• Proven track record in business/functional analyst or related roles such as digital consultant.
• Experience conducting stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements gathering sessions.
• Familiarity with design thinking methodologies.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with pragmatic, innovative problem solving.

Responsabilités

• Understand the business context: analyze current processes, organizational dynamics, and pain points to build a baseline for transformation.
• Surface and structure needs: conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to capture requirements and transformation goals.
• Shape the TO-BE vision: define a clear and ambitious vision aligned with IT capabilities and client initiatives.
• Identify solutions: explore digital opportunities, drawing on market trends and internal knowledge.
• Bridge business and IT: translate needs into clear, actionable briefs for IT teams.
• Drive alignment: oversee initiatives, flag overlaps and dependencies.
• Communicate and inspire: prepare structured deliverables and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Support adoption: assist teams in embedding new ways of working.
• Identify and assess AI opportunities: detect relevant use cases and prioritize with business alignment.
