Job summary

Euroclear is seeking a senior leader to head the Data and AI capabilities squad. You will own the architecture for data, integration, analytics and AI, manage a team of ~3 architects, mentor them, and act as Product Owner ensuring backlog transparency and alignment with stakeholders.

You will drive strategy, architecture standards, governance, and FinOps integration across data platforms, ensuring secure, scalable solutions in a highly regulated financial services context.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in enterprise, data, analytics, AI or platform architecture.
• Proven leadership of Data and AI architecture and transformation in regulated environments.
• Experience embedding governance, AI security and FinOps into architecture and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the Data and AI target architecture and roadmap.
• Define architecture standards across data platforms, integration, analytics and AI.
• Govern data ingestion, APIs, events and data governance to ensure quality and lineage.
• Lead and mentor a team of architects to deliver architectural services.
