Job summary

Michael Page (Belgium) is seeking a Banking Operations Analyst to process and monitor domestic and international payments, manage client and internal stakeholder queries by email and telephone, and support cash management and banking operations activities.

You will handle trade finance documentation, maintain records and compliance updates, contribute to controls and reconciliations, and pursue process improvement in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Banking, Economics, or Business.
• 2 to 5 years' banking operations, payments, back office, or financial services.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and French are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor payment transactions domestically and internationally.
• Handle client and internal stakeholder queries via email and telephone.
• Support cash management and banking operations activities.
• Manage trade finance documentation and transaction follow-up.
• Maintain banking records, accounts administration, and compliance updates.
• Contribute to controls, reconciliations, and process improvements.
