Axis Group is seeking a Corporate Banking Operations Associate to join the international banking institution’s Business Support team on a temporary assignment. You will contribute to accurate daily operations across payments, remittances, guarantees and cash management in a hybrid, international setting.

You will handle inquiries by email and phone, maintain e-banking contracts, perform daily Nostro checks and support London-related testing, with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.

• First experience within a banking, financial or administrative environment.
• Good command of English.
• Accurate, organized with strong eye for detail.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution-oriented and contributes to process improvements.
• Enjoys working in an international environment and being a team player.

Responsabilités

• Process and monitor payments, remittances, guarantees and cash management operations.
• Handle emails and phone inquiries across Payments, Remittance, Guarantees and Cash Management groups.
• Administer tariffs, fees and remittance charges.
• Support Trade Finance operations, including document handling and due diligence.
• Manage Guarantee requests including issuance, amendments and cancellations.
• Maintain e-banking contracts and ensure KYC compliance.
• Perform end-of-day checks on Nostro accounts and reconciliations.
• Participate in monthly controls and Third-Party Risk Management activities.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and update procedures.
• Provide support to the London Operations team during system build testing.
