European Dynamics is seeking a Systems deployment expert based in Brussels to lead the design and management of Digital Workplace solutions across on-prem and cloud environments. You will work with our Development team and client IT staff to implement secure, scalable operating systems for remote workers and on-site users.

Required are extensive experience with M365, SharePoint, Confluence, ITIL practices, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).

Qualifications

• University degree in IT or relevant discipline is required.
• Minimum 15 years of IT work experience is expected.
• At least 4 years of Digital Workplace Platform experience (M365, SharePoint, Confluence).
• Strong knowledge of ITIL practices and service management tools.

Responsabilités

• Define SOPs for administrative support solutions based on Digital Workplace tech.
• Monitor day-to-day operations, provide management reporting and optimisation proposals.
• Design systems management solutions for scalable deployment across on-prem and cloud.
• Ensure remote work solutions do not cause network overload and support hybrid hosting.
• Coordinate with client IT teams on site and in-house coordination.
