Henkel Adhesive Technologies in Brussels is offering a Category Management & Trade Marketing Internship. You will support development and execution of strategies that drive category growth, shopper engagement, and sales performance.

As a student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Marketing, you will analyze market and sales data, assist with category plans, shelving, planograms, and in-store promotions, while collaborating with Sales and Marketing.

Qualifications

• Student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Marketing, Category Management, and FMCG.
• Analytical and comfortable working with data and numbers.
• Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented team player.
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent knowledge of English and French; Dutch is a plus.
• Eligible to work and stay in Belgium for a 6-month internship starting in January 2027.

Responsabilités

• Support Category Management projects, especially in DIY adhesives
• Help develop category strategies, including shelving, planograms, signage, and product navigation
• Support Trade Marketing and in-store promotional activities
• Track new product launches and promotions
• Analyze market, shopper, sales, and financial data to identify opportunities
• Analyze sales by brand, retailer, and share of shelf
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Category Management, and external agencies
• Help coordinate and monitor promotional and sales activities
• Support the development of trade programs aligned with sales strategies
