HenkelAdhesive Technologies is seeking a Category Management & Trade Marketing Intern in Belgium to support the development and execution of strategies driving category growth, shopper engagement, and sales performance.

You will work with Sales, Marketing, Category Management, and external agencies to coordinate shelving, planograms, signage, and product navigation while tracking launches and promotions.

Qualifications

• Student or recent graduate in business-related field.
• Strong interest in Marketing, Category Management, and FMCG.
• Analytical with data and numbers.
• Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented team player.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• English and French fluency; Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support Category Management projects, especially in DIY adhesives
• Help develop category strategies, including shelving, planograms, signage, and product navigation
• Support Trade Marketing and in-store promotional activities
• Track new product launches and promotions
• Analyze market, shopper, sales, and financial data to identify opportunities
• Analyze sales by brand, retailer, and share of shelf
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Category Management, and external agencies
• Help coordinate and monitor promotional and sales activities
• Support the development of trade programs aligned with sales strategies
