In4Matic is seeking an AI Security Specialist to safeguard AI solutions across their lifecycle. You will combine cybersecurity excellence with a deep understanding of AI risks to design secure, responsible implementations and drive governance across models, data and integrations.

Applicants should bring hands-on experience in cyber engineering, IAM, SOC, DevSecOps, and familiarity with GDPR, EU AI Act and NIS2, plus strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Formación

• Proven experience in cybersecurity engineering and cloud security.
• Strong understanding of AI-specific security risks in LLMs, AI agents, and data supply chains.
• Experience conducting security testing, risk assessments and vulnerability analyses.
• Ability to translate security risks into pragmatic controls balancing innovation with protection.
• Knowledge of GDPR, EU AI Act, and NIS2 regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct threat modelling, risk assessments and security reviews for AI solutions.
• Design and implement guardrails for IAM, least privilege, secrets, and data protection.
• Identify AI-specific vulnerabilities and misuse scenarios and test mitigations.
• Embed security into AI sandboxes, pipelines and production platforms.
• Contribute to security monitoring, incident response and supply chain risk.
• Translate findings into practical security measures and governance.
• Collaborate with IT, security, business and architecture stakeholders.
