Job summary

Akkodis is seeking an experienced HVAC project engineer to lead end-to-end HVAC projects within a pharmaceutical environment in Belgium. You will coordinate equipment and piping installation, start-up and validation while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance such as GMP, ISO and ICH.

The role requires a higher technical education (Industrial or Civil Engineer) and proven HVAC experience, strong communication, and fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Higher technical education (Industrial or Civil Engineer) or equivalent.
• Essential experience with HVAC systems in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with multitasking ability.
• Knowledge of GMP, Six Sigma, and risk management tools like FMEA.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English for effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation and project management of HVAC projects
• Coordinate purchase, installation, start-up, and validation of equipment and piping
• Generate documentation such as P&IDs, functional specifications, and validation documents
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards
• Facilitate Quality Risk Assessments and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
