Flowtech Engineering Limited is seeking an experienced HVAC Commissioning Manager to join our team on a high-profile project in Belgium. This full-time role leads water treatment and commissioning for HVAC systems across multiple sites, defining strategies and ensuring technical excellence and regulatory compliance.

Reporting to senior management, you will plan activities, supervise staff, engage clients, and deliver documentation and test certificates.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in HVAC commissioning, testing & balancing.
• Engineering qualification (Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services) or similar technical background.
• Professional certifications in commissioning or project management preferred (e.g., CxA, PMP).
• Health & safety accreditation (e.g., Safe Pass, Site Safety Management).

Responsabilités

• Lead commissioning strategy for HVAC projects across multiple sites.
• Plan commissioning activities, priorities and allocate resources.
• Review and approve commissioning plans, procedures and documentation.
• Mentor commissioning supervisors and field staff; ensure safety and quality.
